Students with a degree in a meteorology or atmospheric science-oriented bachelor's program must complete a module worth 10 CP from the following range of mathematics or physics subjects:

- Numerics (10 CP),
- Statistical Physics and Thermodynamics (10 CP) or
- Advanced Statistical Physics (10 CP).

Students with a degree in a physics-oriented bachelor's program must complete the following module from the subject area of meteorology/atmospheric sciences:

- Basics of meteorology (10 CP).
