Initial Psychological Counseling

support.point

Dear students,

do you sometimes feel lost in campus life? Whether you are doubting your choice of subject, feeling stressed or overwhelmed during examination periods, dealing with procrastination or social anxiety and feelings of isolation in the big city, or simply wondering how to find psychotherapy – or support.point psychologists are there for you to discuss all things mental health.

We offer 15-30 min. open counseling sessions in which we can take a first look at your concerns, what the next steps might be and give you information on where to find further support. All consultations are confidential by law and can be anonymous, if you wish so. All of our support.points are open for all students and staff, so you can freely choose depending on what is most convenient to you.

My name is Judith Apell, I am your psychologist at the faculties of Earth Sciences, Mathematics, Informatics and Physics. I am offering weekly open counseling sessions at Lankwitz campus (G building, room 115), as well as at Dahlem campus (Arnimallee 14, wing 2, room 0.2.22). In addition, you can book online counseling sessions.

Please find my consultation hours as well as the booking tool for online sessions on the website of the support.points (at the bottom of the website you can find the details of the different locations).

If you have questions, do not hesitate to send an email to support.point.mintgeo@studienberatung.fu-berlin.de
