The working group Modelling Human-Environmental Interactions (MHEI) has updated its Code of Conduct, aligning it with the recently updated Freie Universität Berlin Code of Conduct. This revision is part of our group’s ongoing commitment to monitor and review our internal guidelines in accordance with the university-wide principles.

The new version reflects FU Berlin’s standards regarding diversity, anti-discrimination, and safeguarding good research practice. It also introduces clearer procedures for addressing inappropriate behavior, maintaining confidentiality in disciplinary matters, and ensuring the secure management of personal and scientific data.

To support transparency and accessibility, a German version of the document is now available alongside the English edition.
