In 2023, Prof. Dr. María Piquer-Rodríguez participated in the program ProFil (https://www.berlin-university-alliance.de/en/profil-programm/index.html) offered by the Berlin University Alliance. Since 2004, the ProFil program has supported highly qualified female scientists on their way to stable professorship in universities. With the joint program, the three Berlin sponsoring universities are committed to developing young talent that is both excellence and equality-oriented.
