PD Dr. Brindha Karthikeyan and Prof. Elango Lakshmanan were panelists in the session “Impact of Cooperation: Monitoring and Measurement” at the International Higher Education Dialogue Conference 2023 and made a joint--presentation on the topic ‘Evaluating the Advantages of Scientific Cooperation’. The Talk was based on the experiences gathered over 10 years of academic and research collaboration between the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany and Anna University, India. Monitoring and evaluation measures carried out in these projects were emphasized, the roadmaps for the assessment of the project success were discussed, and the indicators adopted for the measurement were explained.

The conference saw more than 320 participants from 230 institutions (India: 129; Bhutan: 4; Nepal: 6; Sri Lanka: 7; Bangladesh: 12; Germany 27; Romania: 18).
