Department Council
The departmental council is the central decision-making body within a department and is responsible for all of the department's tasks. These include, the enactment of statutes, the coordination of research and teaching matters, measures to ensure the necessary range of courses, the distribution and administration of the department's resources, decisions on appointment proposals and decisions on habilitations.
Agenda items and decision proposals for the meetings of the department council need to be submitted electronically (by email) to the department council office 10 days before the meeting date.
