Registration

The online assembly don't need a registration. Please login into the virtual rooms few minutes before the starting time and use the access informations, which was distributed with the invitation e-mail from 2nd September of 2020.

The links to the working group meeting rooms are placed next to the sessions names in the programme.

The central meetings will takes place in the ZOOM meeting room. The link is provided only with e-mail.

Meeting Etiquette

  • Participants are muted and video is turned off by default after login.

  • Microphones should be muted and video turned off during the presentations.

  • The sessions are chaired by the coordinator of the WG/PG to which the majority of the talks in the session belongs (introduction speakers, make sure that talk + questions stays within 20 minutes, forwarding questions from the chat to the speaker after the talk, …)

  • The speaker switches on the microphone and video when the chair gives you the floor. The speaker presents the slides via the button “Share Screen” when his/her talk starts and stops sharing the screen when the talk is over.

  • Questions can be posted in the chat. The chair of the session asks the speaker the questions after the talk if there is time left (maybe not all questions can be considered depending on the number of questions and the remaining time; talk and questions should not exceed 20 minutes).
