Scientific Posters at EGU General Assembly 2026
PhD student Debayan Chatterjee and postdoctoral researcher Anton Tiepner presented their scientific posters at the EGU General Assembly 2026.
News from May 21, 2026
Our PhD student Debayan Chatterjee presented his poster in the GM10.1 “Fluvial systems: dynamics and interactions across scales” session on Monday 4 May 2026 at the EGU General Assembly. He uses remote sensing and statistical analysis to understand the drivers of lateral migration of rivers.
Our postdoctoral researcher Anton Tiepner presented his poster in the GM10.2 “Rivers in a changing world: Morphodynamic processes, infrastructure impacts, restoration, and management” session on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at the EGU General Assembly. He investigates differences in response times of rivers driven by aggradation and incision, respectively, based on analog flume data.
