Recent measurements by the space probe "InSight" have now shown that the quakes on Mars are more frequent than expected. The Martian quakes are not as strong as those on Earth, but they last longer and there are plenty of them. The scientists have registered 450 quakes since the probe landed, which corresponds to about one quake per day, 174 of which have already been evaluated.
