Current research interests

My main research interests focus around our understanding of subduction zone processes. Specifically, I am currently working on the effect that metamorphism and ductile deformation have on the petrophysical properties of the rocks and how structural and petrologic modification of the material at depth influences the seismological signal. The basis of my research is field geology to be able to use realistic structural geometries and associations as a framework to characterize physical properties and their modification as a response to metamorphism and deformation.
