On 9^th February 2018, Ms. Lena Bledau and Ms. Himani Upadhyay from Disaster Research Unit, participated in the 25^th Humboldt India Project Workshop , organised by the Department of South Asian Studies, Humboldt University Berlin. They gave a presentation titled “Social Science Disaster Research in India: Examples from current research”. The presentation discussed the results from the project FloodEvac, with a focus on cultures of managing disasters in Mumbai, India.
