Research interests
Morphology, taxonomy, phylogeny and evolutionary development of both fossil and Recent coleoid cephalopods
- shell ultrastructure with emphasis on the morphogenetic origin and evolutionary transformations of the proostracum and the gladius
- soft tissue morphology preserved in Konservat-Lagerstätten and their phylogenetic significance
- predator-prey interactions in the Mesozoic
Future projects
