Getting there and away

• We will provide an Airport Service on June 7 (arrival) and 10 (departure), 2010.

• You can go by taxi from/to airport Bishkek “Manas” for about 500 Kyrgyz Som (8-9 Euro / 12 US$).

Conference languages

• English and Russian

• We will provide a simultaneous interpretation service in both directions for the whole conference.

• Please consider this obstacle during your presentations and the discussions. Please speak moderately, precisely and in short sentences.

• For a proper preparation, it would be very helpful for our interpreters to sift through your material (posters, charts, slides, presentations, abstracts etc.) in advance. Please provide your material as soon as possible to the organizing committee. We will forward it to our interpreting team.

Coverage of costs

• We will cover lodging for all registered participants from abroad for two nights: June 7-8, and June 8-9. As an exception, we will cover the costs for additional night stays of those participants who will arrive in the night or early morning of June 7, (night of June 6-7) and who will depart in the night or early morning of June 10 (night of June 9-10). All other guests have to bear the expenditures for additional nights on their own.

• From June 7, afternoon until June 9, we will provide catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea break).
