We would like to welcome you to the website of the Willy Scharnow Institute of Tourism. These pages provide information on the activities of the Institute and the Historical Archive (HAT).
The master’s degree program has, unfortunately, been discontinued for reasons related to capacity and structure. The “Studies” section gives you a brief look at how the former program was organized and the instructors who were involved in it.

The book Demographischer Wandel und Tourismus (Demographic Change and Tourism), published by Dr. Christoph Haehling von Lanzenauer, Professor, and Dr. Kristiane Klemm, is available for ordering here.
The library of the Willy Scharnow Institute is located in the Department of Earth Sciences library (Building O, Building G entrance, Lankwitz campus).
